Prior to making an appointment, we offer prospective clients a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss general goals and how we can work together.
The first meeting is a nutrition assessment, in which you and your dietitian will review your food, lifestyle, exercise and medical history as well as any recent lab work. You can then spend some time discussing long term goals that fit your lifestyle and needs.
Follow up sessions allow for continual support, accountability and checking in as you work towards your nutrition goals. Each individual we see in the practice needs a different support plan which you will build together with your dietitian in a way that makes sense for where you are in your process.

- Challenging preconceptions about nutrition, food and health
- Creating a food plan that works with your lifestyle and needs
- Learning to interpret and respond to hunger and fullness cues
- Familiarizing yourself with portions that best suit your body's needs
- Increasing food variety and depolarizing foods
- Selecting recipes and creating grocery lists
- In office food exposures or meal support
- Grocery shopping tours (Manhattan/North Brooklyn only)
